Bonita has experimented with many different mediums, including oil painting, watercolors, acrylics, and collages, in her quest to find her style and voice as an artist.
She started her artistic career in 1998 by making greeting cards using all sorts of paper media and embellishments. Her cards are unique and show a good balance of color and composition. Each one can be considered a gift of creative artwork.
Bonita also creates mixed media collages, which appeal to her sense of scale and proportion. Going forward, she continues to explore new ways of expanding her creative endeavors, including her latest adventures in acrylic monoprinting. This is a new medium for her, and so far the results have been fun and surprisingly expressive. The beauty of this medium is in its spontaneity and its combination of printmaking and painting.
You can also find photos of some of her other artwork on her FLICKR site.

Published Work
I have greatly enjoyed having a few of my cards published in some of the best trade magazines, such as Stamper's Sampler and Take Ten, both of which are publications by Stampington & Co.
Below is my entry in the Spring 2013 edition of Take Ten magazine. My card is the one on the bottom right.
And here is one of my cards in the Spring 2012 edition of the Stamper's Sampler Catch-Up Issue. My card is the bottom one.
The first time I was published was in the August/September 2009 issue of Stamper's Sampler, with a 4-page spread. The editors liked how I embellished the envelopes to coordinate with the cards.
